People wo say there are NO cheats suck cause when you have say 6-x amount of children(make sure you can support that amount of people FIRST) look for mushrooms and when ou see one pause the game pick up all the children and place them on the mushroom all the children you place on it will pick up a mushroom

ok. listen up everyone THERE ARE NOT ANY CHEATS FOR THIS GAME!! there are walkthruoghs to make it easier but there arent cheat codes. the ppl who made it didnt create any!

well i finished the whole game and first of all the golden child will always be at the age of 5 and also if u want ur kids to go to school u have to complete that milestone first (which u do by dragging a master scientist to the long building that is right above the research table) and there will be a drum looking thing on the right of the building. if u click it all the children will run over to the school. oh and one more thing, the only thing that the kids can do is they can heal people when they are sick. have fun playing the game

Val: Have you completed the Idol and finished the Lagoon puzzle? If not, you need those completed and also a Level 3 in Fertility. Then you must take the nursing mom to the lagoon.

Christi: Yes, the Golden Child will move the boulder in time. You don't actually do anything, the child will just do it for you.

How do you get the golden child? I have tried holding a nursing mom over the laggoon and it won't work!!!

Has anyone gotten the cheat codes for the second game... Virtual Villagers, The Lost Children. If so, please let me know where they are, I'd sure appreciate your help. The new game has a lot more things to be done, looks like it's going to be fun and challenging. Hope to hear from some one. Gram

In order to secure a Golden Child you must have Level 3 Fertility.

and to Gram the game is technically over but you can buy the sequal Virtual Villagers: The Lost Children and itz pretty much a continuation of the same game but you can do more stuff like build fires and more complex houses and stuff. but i recommend to buy it not from yahoo but from a store cuz on the web the charge $20 dollarz but in a store itz only about $10

you can put your game on 2X under optionz and that makez u get them faster or buying the levels of science makes it go twice as fast

you have to have all the tech bought to get the golden child! and its bald with goldish/orange robes and its skills are all full it can do anything magically creat food and he opens the butterfly puzzle too and if you still dont know if its him well about every 10-25 seconds u hear the "AHHHHHHHHHH" THAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TURN ON THE GAME

Yes, after the Golden Child moves the boulder, the game is fundamentally over. The villagers will continue to live and go through their daily activities, but there are no further goals for you to achieve.

Once the Golden Child moves the rock, is there more to this game or is it over? If it is over, then it seems to be a waste of time. Read the page that comes up after the cave is opened, and you put a villager there. Makes it sound as if you may find a way to explore the other side of the Island. Anyone with help would be nice.

Tiffany: the location of the treasure is not near the food bin. It's between the food source and the temple. There will be a lot of trial and error involved (and persistence) before the Master Builder will find treasure.

where do you put the master builder for them to find the treasure. i know it is at the south of the food bin but my person wont look and she cant find anything she keeps wanting to walk away and do something else.

Blanko, This is beacause it takes A while for them to build up to master. Usually about 4 days, depending on what you have them set to, and how good you do your work. They will improve over time, and master what you have them doing.

all of my villagers are at the end of the skill bar for one skill and they cant turn into masters! WTH?

Meka: The idea with Virtual Villagers is that it is an ongoing society, so after you've finished all of the main objectives, you can continue to expand this civilization and help them flourish. The amount of time it takes to complete all these goals will depend on your dedication to the game and your skill level. You should be able to get several hours of enjoyment out of Virtual Villagers, as each task can take a fair bit of time to complete.
