Lou Lou: As soon as you get the lighter, do not click away from that position. Move the pointer to the right side of the screen BUT DON'T CLICK. See the bottle? Pick it up and the suitcase if right there. I had trouble the first few times because I was clicking away after I got the lighter.

The ice won't melt!! I know everyone says that but I've tried everything, including going to the website on the coaster. It isn't melting. HELP!!!

u need to lookat the mobile phone screen then click on the coaster then click on the url and visit one . then the ice should melt.

I dont get the part where you have the door in the background, the bar and the glass. After i zoom in the bar i used the ice in the middle but onthing happens

ok... I don't know if I'm just stupid, or just not very observant... because I've only found ONE person in ALL the walkthorughs I looked at that had this same problem (most people are obviously confused on the iceblock) but, I cant figure out how to do the icepick on the bar thing to make the dot. it's in the glass window, where you can see the city, right? is that where you can see the reflection of the bar, a glass, and the door? because, I've clicked EVERYWHERE on EVERY view of that side of the bar with the icepick, and theres NO white dot!!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!! if someone could make me a screen shot of the exact place I'm supposed to do it, that would be awesome!

i did every step correctly and when i get the part where the ice cube is suppost to melted to reveal a third ring..the block of ice is not melted..can u help me?
