Rick: If you are running on a Windows machine, look in your Start Menu for the program group that would have been created for the new game. One of the options should be to completely uninstall the game. If it does not remove the desktop shortcut, you can delete that manually.

Installed and uninstalled and rebooted computer with no avail on the 1912 Titanic Mystery Game. Will not allow me past the Cafe part in the beginning part of game. Very disappointed.

I downloaded chessmaster 60 min. trial. could not get game to start playing? Now i cannot get it removed from my desktop shortcut?

I tried to download Scrabble but was not successful. However, a Paypal billing "4029357733 CA" Dec 3rd showed up on my Discover Card. I would still like to have the game but you must allow me to download it without charge. Otherwise, I will have to reject the billing. Thanks, Jack Waldrop

Purchased The Scruffs game...never got email with download instructions...got credit card bill today/was billed for game that i can't download...surfpin london was on credit card bill..what is that?no record of my email or purchase when i look up order history

I purchased your Yahtzee game but cannot load it. As it finalises, a box comes up -"Yahtzee set up X Error opening file for writing C:PROGRAM FILESYAHTZEEFMOD.dll" Click ABORT TO STOP INSTALLATION

RETRY TO TRY AGAIN
IGNORE TO SKIP FILE

The only one you can press is ABORT as the other two have no effect

Your help would be greatly appreciated as after paying for your product, I would like to use it.

I purchased Bookworm at the same time and have had no problems
