Bard, who goes by John Bardinelli when buying groceries and paying his taxes, is a freelance writer and group editor in charge of LoveToKnow Video games and a few other sites. He started writing for this site in the summer of 2005 and has been hooked ever since.

John also enjoys fiction writing and is currently finishing his second novel. Traveling is his other passion, along with outdoor sports (hiking in the mountains can't be beat!), learning to play the ukulele, physical theater, philosophy, clockworks, and small shiny objects.

But of course, John loves video games. Using his strong background in gaming combined with his love of writing and video game culture makes him well-suited as group editor of LoveToKnow Video Games.

John has been a freelance writer for nearly four years now. His publishing credits include numerous online sites ranging from natural healthcare sources to video game fansites. He has also written fiction works, including two novels and many short stories.

Gaming Experience

John has been a gamer for as long as he could hold a controller. Thanks to a strong foundation in Atari and NES games, he cultivated a love for simple but entertaining titles. Puzzle games, role playing games and adventure games are his favorite, but he'll play anything interesting and unique.
