The Sims 2 Cheat Codes

Sims 2 Cheat Commands for the PC

Press CTRL + SHIFT + C to access the cheat window, then enter the following:

motherlode Earns you an automatic 50,000 simoleans

boolprop constrainFloorElevation (True/False) Toggles your ability to change the elevation of the floor tiles

clear Clears all of the cheat codes on the screen, but keeps them in effect.

exit Closes the cheat window

expand Maximizes or Minimizes the cheat window

boolprop ShowLotPackageFilename (True/False) In the neighborhood, filenames of the house will appear when lot is highlighted

vsync (on/off) Increases game performance but tones down the visuals

autopatch (on/off) Will update you on patches

StretchSkeleton Change the size of your sims

moveobjects (on/off) Toggles your ability to moves and delete objects

slowmotion Enter any number between 0 through 8 to toggle the gameplay speed. The higher the number, the slower the gameplay.

boolprop lotTerrainLighting (True/False) Toggles the option of lots lighting up when you highlight them.

boolprop locktiles (True/False) Set to false to place floor tiles outside lot

boolprop displayNeighborhoodRoadsWithModel (True/False) Setting to false will hide the bridges to the neighborhoods

boolprop lotTerrainPaints (True/False) False - hides floorpainting on lot

boolprop displayNeighborhoodProps (True/False) False - hides props (rocks and towers) from the neighborhood

boolprop objectShadows (True/False) False - hides shadows on objects outside of the house

boolprop lotWater (True/False) False - removes all of the water from lots

boolprop displayNeighborhoodRoads (True/False) False - removes roads from the neighborhood

boolProp guob (True/False) False - hides shadows on objects inside of the house

boolprop displayNeighborhoodWater (True/False) False - removes water from the entire neighborhood

boolprop displayLotImposters (True/False) False - removes house graphics from the neighborhood

boolprop displayNeighborhoodFlora (True/False) False - removes trees/plants from neighborhood

boolprop displayLookAtBoxes (True/False) True - blocks will appear on Sims faces

boolprop carsCompact (True/False) Toggles the visual detail on cars

boolprop renderSelectedSimLevel (True/False) Toggles whether the walls will cut away from a selected sim

boolprop allObjectLightsOn (True/False) Toggles the normal lighting effect when something's being used

boolProp displayPaths (True/False) Set to true to see the path where the selected Sim walks to

boolprop lotInfoAdvancedMode (True/False) Set to true to show lot information

intprop censorgridsize 0 No censoring

boolProp simShadows (True/False) Toggle shadows on/off for Sims

aging (off/on) Toggles aging

faceBlendLimits (on/off) Turns off facial bounding limitations. It prevents the normal corrections the game will make for two parents with very different facial structures.

intProp maxNumOfVisitingSims # Increases the number of sims you can invite to parties

boolProp snapObjectsToGrid true/false Toggles the ability to place objects outside the grid

social_debug Gives the user to foretell social reactions
