Super Mario 64 DS Cheats
From LoveToKnow VideoGames
Super Mario 64 DS is a remake of the classic Nintendo 64 game with more levels, more stars, new characters and a host of minigames. Even if you've mastered the classic version, Super Mario 64 DS can feel like an entirely new game.
Super Mario 64 DS Levels
Tick-Tock Clock
When you hop inside the clock, the gears may be spinning too fast for you to handle! Jump through the clock's face at different times to slow or even stop the movements altogether.
- Hour hand on 3 - Slow speed
- Hour hand on 6 - Medium
- Hour hand on 9 - Fast
- Minute hand on 12 - Stop
Wet Dry World
Changing the water levels in this stage can be a hassle. To start with the water at a certain height, simply leap into the painting at a different point. The higher you reach, the higher the water will be.
Cannon
Remember that cannon sitting outside the castle? To open the grate you must collect all 150 stars. That means gathering all 7 in each stage, finding the 15 castle secret stars and collecting over 100 coins in each stage. It can be tough at times, but keep at it. Using the cannon you can blast on top of the castle to find three 1-up mushrooms and Luigi's final rabbit.
Unlock Every Character
Unlike the original Super Mario 64, the DS incarnation begins with you controlling Yoshi. Mario, Luigi and Wario have been trapped inside the castle and you must find three keys to set them free.
Luigi's Key
Find Luigi's painting on the top floor of the mansion in Big Boo's Haunt. Defeat King Boo inside for the key.
Mario's Key
Visit the side door on the upper level of the castle's entrance. In the back you'll find Mario's painting. Defeat the Goomboss inside for his key.
Wario's Key
Take Luigi to the room filled with mirrors on the second floor of the castle. Grab one of the flowers on the pedestal, then run through the mirror and into Wario's painting. Defeat the Giant Ice Bully to score the key.
