Quake 4 Cheat Codes

The Quake franchise is back in its fourth incarnation -- Quake 4 -- sending you back in, wielding some wicked guns to blast away those not-so-pretty strogg. You're going to have to stay alert , make sure the blaster in front of you is fully loaded, and if you're in a bind, maybe enter a secret code to help you out in this awesome first-person shooter. Keep reading to see how you quickly and easily stock up on body armour, enter god mode, and much, much more.
Note: The following cheat codes are for the PC version of the game, so they will not work for the Xbox 360 version, of course.
Quake 4 Cheat Codes
In order to make use of the following codes, you must creat a shortcut to the Quake4 EXE file, and edit the shortcut's command line with the suffix +set com_allowConsole 1. If the command line uses quotations, enter this suffix outside of the quote marks. While playing, press CTRL + ALT + ~ to drop the "console" where you can enter these cheat codes.

Skip Movies
- Add +disconnect to the shortcuts command line to skip movies. You can use both this and the dev-console activator (for the cheat codes above) at the same time.
