Killzone Cheat Codes

If you want to play Killzone, that's fine. If you want to play the mediocre first person shooter without consulting my Killzone Review, don't say I didn't warn you. If you're stubborn, then take a glance below for things that might make the game more interesting.

Killzone Cheat Codes

• To unlock all the movies, hold L1 on any menu and hit Circle, Square, Triangle, Circle, Square.

• If you're having trouble hitting the enemies or would like more headshot opportunities, hold L1 on any menu and hit Circle, Square, X, Circle, Circle. This will give you big heads on your enemies.

• Disappointed with the weak weapons? Make them more powerful by holding L1 on any menu and hitting Circle, Triangle, Circle, Triangle, X.

• To unlock all the levels, enter Shooterman when it's time input your profile name.

Unlockable Characters

There are actually 3 more characters to play, giving Killzone a bit of replay value. After completing the 2nd mission in story mode, you'll unlock Luger. Beating the 3rd mission unlocks Rico and beating the 4th mission unlocks Hakha.

General Gameplay Tips

As with any FPS, constant movement is the key. But in Killzone, strafing is also very, very helpful. Enemies tend to miss you more (in single-player) and can't compensate as fast. So when encountering a few enemies, run straight at them and unload some metal friends in them. They'll fire on you, and when they do, start strafing while closing the gap. The first few bullets from them might hit you, but after you strafe, their accuracy goes way down. I don't know why that is. Maybe it's a glitch or something, but it worked.

Headshots, headshots, headshots. Since you'll want to pop a cap and move on to the next bad guy, the easiest way (like most FPS) is a headshot. The enemies wear these crazy futuristic helmets that are easier to target, so when you come on one or two enemies, use this method. And if you've got the sniper rifle and see an overwhelming group coming at you from far away, time to `scope' the situation out and release you're headshot, sniping fury.
