Defeating Covenant Hunters

Even with their strong armor, the Hunters can be killed. Look for an orange spot on back of their neck or back. An accurate shot in this spot will instantly kill them.

Destroy a Wraith Tank

First crash into the Wraith with the Warthog. Jump out of the Warthog vehicle and on to the tank. When the Wraith’s cannon aims at you, go back to the Warthog and shoot at it with your plasma weapon. This will light it on fire.

Maximize Your Grenade Distance

First make sure you are on a flat surface area and throw a plasma grenade. Then press the black button and switch and throw the Frag grenade. The Frag grenade will bounce off the landed Plasma grenade giving it greater distance.

Increase the Number of Shotgun Shells

Use a shotgun that has twelve shots and no clips. Shoot off a few then reload it manually. If you do this repeatedly, you can keep getting more shells. It should max out at around 20 times.

Avoid the “Falling Death"

If you fall into a pit, press Y repeatedly and keep switching weapons. For some reason, you will not die if you do this right.

How to Get the Marines (Guys on Your Side) to Hate You

This only works in the Campaign mode: Simply start attacking the Marines. Eventually, when your crosshairs turn red they will start going after you.

Defeating Covenant Grunts

Sneak on them while they are sleeping, and kill them with the butt of your gun. You can probably take out a few of them before the rest of the Grunts become aware of it.

An Easy Way to Kill Enemies

Simply run over them with your Warthog vehicle. Then jump off and shoot them once. Easy!
