From LoveToKnow VideoGames
If you’re looking for Grimm’s Hatchery tips and tricks, you have come to the right place. This magical pet simulation game has 20 cute creatures to choose from that can be used to help you with quests and fight monsters. Where do you begin? Read on and find out how to make your hatchery the best it can be.
Grimm's Hatchery Tips and Tricks
- Use the egg lab located in the apothecary near Greenwich Square to create new types of eggs that will result in magical pets. Tip: Green, Blue, Red or Gold Dragonfly eggs mixed with any other type will give you interesting results.
- To help manage your growing colony of pets in Grimm's Hatchery, get a tractor built to help you collect eggs. The tractor parts can be found in Grimm’s Farm, Hobbs Cottage and Rosewood Manor. Then go to the Badlands and see Wimbeldy, who will build the tractor for you.
- The Petriwood is a unique type of pet that will help protect your colony from monsters. It is a great ally to have since they cannot be killed by any threat, including bombs!
- A Bomber Bird on your farm is a double-edged sword. If they drop bombs on your pets, they are instantly killed. However, these bombs can also blow up monsters. If the bombs happen to drop near some monsters, it saves you the effort from having to attack them yourself.
- The level of difficulty you play the game in determines what value your pets will be worth. So if you decide to try the “Insane” mode, realize that your pets will be valued at 50% of their purchase price.
