This simple and straight-forward website gives you just what you want without any flashing banners or superfluous features. It's just you and the puzzle. The sudoku board is on the right and all you have to do is type the numbers in each box. WebSudoku doesn't automatically check your puzzle for errors, so you can choose whether or not to see if your latest guess is correct. Monterosa Web Sudoku
The UK-based programmers became so addicted to sudoku, they created their own version of the game that is free to play! Each day they generate three new sudoku puzzles, one easy, one medium and one difficult. You can play them online or print them directly from the webpage. The interface is a little clunky, as you use dropdown menus to select numbers, but it has a unique feature to display only legal moves. In other words, you don't have to figure out which numbers you can't place, only which of the possible numbers goes in which square. It's an innovative inclusion.
