• Serve drinks and snacks to your customers to keep them happy. By doing this, they will be a lot more patient while they are waiting for their main course.
• The fast way to clean a table and collect the check: Double click on the table
• Get a higher score by keeping customers in line until you can seat them at tables at the same time. Once seated you can get all their orders at once, then serve them quickly without losing any time.
• As a rule, always serve the impatient customers first. Other types of people (like seniors and Mr. Hotshot) will wait longer in line without the threat of leaving your establishment.
• Watch your customer’s heart meters on the tables. Upset customers will leave, which will result in a loss of points. The faster your service is, the higher the heart meter, which will result in better tip.

• When upgrades become available, always get them right away.
• Invest in the entertainer at the beginning of the level. This will free you from having to use the podium and allow you to focus more on serving the customers.
• If a customer leaves, it will cost you a star.

How to get the Expert score

• Flo can carry multiple objects (four at most), which will make your service faster.
• Serving snacks will get you extra tips, but don’t forget about working the podium and serving the meals. A few upset customers due to a lack of snacks will be better than losing a larger number who haven’t been fed or entertained.
• Focus on sitting customers of the same color on the same seat. This will give you an extra 100 points per customer. By doing this you will have the opportunity to get larger color bonuses.
• To meet the required goal on higher levels, you must have chains. Get chains by doing the same activity multiple times in a row.
• When you serve drinks/snacks or put away dishes, it will break your chain. However, using the podium will not.

• These women are very impatient and have a short temper if they have to wait in line or at the table. The upside? They tip well.

• Seniors have a lot of patience at the table and in line, but do not tip well and take forever to finish their food.

• Consider these guys VIPs. They may come solo or in a group, so be prepared. If you leave them with a good impression, you will earn a star (which will give you an extra life). However, if they’re not happy with the service, it will cost you points.
