Daxter Cheat Codes

In his first solo mission, Daxter sets his pal Dax aside and embarks on an adventure on his own on the Sony PlayStation Portable. There may not be a lot of help for you to complete your missions, but there are certainly many rewards for a job well done. Keep reading to see what goodies you can unlock for all your mobile hard work on this most recent addition to the popular franchise.

Minigames

If the main Daxter game isn't enough to tickle your fancy, collect the associated number of orbs to get your grubby hands on some cool (licensed) minigames.

To unlock the corresponding video, you need to collect the designated number of Precursor Orbs.

Bonuses

Those minigames aren't there just to serve as a distraction. By getting a Gold in the associated minigame, you can unlock the following items and codes.

Masks

Jak Mask

• In the second cell block of the prison level (patrolled by three guards), you will find a key behind the second pillar as you sneak behind the guards in a counter-clockwise fashion. Smash the picture on the shelf beyond the first door you see (northeast).

Sly Cooper Mask

• In the City Port area, you'll find a box behind the warp gate to Emerald Isle. Jump onto it, and off the other side. You'll see in the back of the box is a picture. Smash it and find the Sly Cooper Mask.

Samos Mask

• In the Lumbermill stage, after the first bug zapper, you'll need to make it past some saw blades. Look to your right to see a saw blade, then look to your left to see a stream. Jump off the platform, hovering as close to the wall as possible. Eventually, you'll find yourself in a small space in the wall with a picture in it. Smash that.

Ratchet Mask

• After you finish jumping from train to train in the Subway stage, you'll need to make it up a net. When you reach the top, look down the side closest to the entrance to next part of the level. Drop down onto the ledge and smash the picture.

Clank Mask

• What would Ratchet be without Clank. Go to Tanker 1, and get to the top of the wall after the spring pads. Turn around and climb the next wall (hover over). When you reach the top, you'll see a picture you can smash on the ledge across from you. Hover on over and reap the rewards.

Other Secrets

Daxter's Goggles

• Connect Daxter to Jak X Combat Racing for the PS2 and you can unlock the option to toggle whether or not Daxter wears his goggles over his eyes.

Modified Scooter

• Get 100% in Jak X and when you connect to Daxter, you can get a souped up scooter with different paint job and flaming decals.
