The Best Video Game Cheats for Super Mario Bros. 3
Let's go back to school by doing some calculations in Super Mario Bros. 3 in order to get to the white treasure ship. First, you must have a number of coins that is a multiple of 11. Second, the "tens" digit of your score must also be a multiple of 11. Lastly, you must finish the stage on an even numbered time. Sure that's a lot of numbers, but it's worth it when you get to the white treasure ship.
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
This San Andreas cheat involves the "Hot Coffee Mod". This isn't a cheat you enter in a cheat menu or through a controller. It's actually a downloadable patch that is a little "mini-code" that is inserted into the main code of the game. If you install the patch, you are able to enter your girlfriends' homes and play a sex mini-game.
Doom II
At anytime during gameplay, you can type certain codes on the keyboard and be allowed access to certain cheats.
- IDCLIP lets the character pass through walls.
- IDCLEV##, where ## is the level number you wish to access, warps you to that level. This includes levels 31 and 32, secret levels in the vein of Wolfenstein.
- IDKFA unlocks all the weapons. If you type IDKFA again, you get unlimited ammo refills.
Breakout
You can get an unlimited number of balls. To do this, play one of the "catch" games. As the last ball heads toward your paddle, press "select" to catch it and release it. This will put you in demo mode where you won't accumulate points, but you can play with an unlimited amount of balls.
Dig Dug
Before you go after your enemies, let a a few rocks fall. Some vegetables will arrive in the center of the screen. Nab these vegetables for extra points.
Galaga
Want to progress through the game without the enemy ships firing at you? On the first screen, kill all the ships except for two in the lower left corner. They will still fall towards you, but avoid them and eventually they will stop firing on you. From that point on, none of the enemy ships will shoot on you.
Pac-Man
There's a cheat for Pac-Man? On mazes one through four, eat as many ghosts as the screen you're on. That's one ghost on maze one, two on maze two, three on maze three, and four on maze four. After the fourth ghost is eaten, move the controller up, down, and up. Now, lose a life. Yes, on purpose. When you do, you will have unlimited Pac-Men throughout the game.
